Since the semi-buoyant striped bass eggs require a minimal flow to prevent settling on the bottom, merely lifting them above these existing dams won't increase their spawning success. If the dams aren't removed completely and the rivers returned to their wild nature, I'm afraid successful striped bass spawn in this section of water will only be a happy thought.
